3 Reasons to start your mornings with Yoga


Yoga! Some people love it and others think it's one of the most boring things in the world, but whatever your stance is on the matter today I'm going to share with you why you SHOULD start your mornings with this practice. 


Something that I love about yoga is that it's not only an exercise for the body it can also be an exercise for the mind and for our emotions. 

Part of the practice can include some minutes of meditation at the beginning or end ( Heck! even throughout the practice ) and this invites you to give a more conscious beginning to your mornings. 

I like meditating at the end of my practice because after making a physical effort it's easier for me to have mental clarity so I can stop my life for a moment and be present in the now at least for 5 or 10 minutes. 



If you suffer from indigestion, inflammation or gastritis practicing yoga in the mornings can really help aid and regulate your digestive processes.

You will be able to reduce or prevent these problems by doing yoga. This is the best way to start your day!



I obviously couldn't write this article without mentioning the physical benefits of the yoga practice. 

Doing yoga in the mornings is usually easier because it's the time of the day when we tend to be less busy and it's why i think it's the best time to give your body some love. 

Dedicating at least 20 minutes to this practice every morning will help you achieve a healthier, stronger and more elastic body. 

You'll look great and you'll feel great!
