I stopped wearing Bras!
There is no feeling more satisfying than when, at the end of the day, you come home and you can free yourself from the oppression of the bra, but I took this freedom to a whole new level.
I haven’t worn bras for two weeks!
And No! It was not a hippie thing, it was not a form of feminist protest or anything like that. I just got tired of using something that had no real function in my life.
Except for tops to exercise and some bralettes without rods, for me, bras have always been like wearing heels. Yes, heels accentuate your legs and make them look good, but they are annoying in the long run, make walking difficult and may even have repercussions on your health.
Similarly, bras, in most cases, simply serve to make your bust more attractive and support it, but bras are annoying in the long run, and may also have repercussions on your health.
After more than 10 years of wearing bras, I have come to the conclusion that they are not for me. I have never felt more comfortable and liberated in my life. Some people have noticed that I don’t wear bras and that can be slightly awkward, but the reward is worth it.
Also! They are busts, beautiful and unique. There is no reason to be ashamed of them.
Many women argue that having large boobs means they can't stop using bras, but I know several with women with C cups, D cups, and E cups that have no problem and feel as good as I do.
But really what sold it for me was to know the benefits of living a life free of bras.
There is a belief among women that wearing bras prevents your breasts from sagging over the years, but this is totally false! In fact, the tissues of our breasts are often weakened by the use of bras. Not wearing bras reinforces the tissues of your breasts preserving their high and round shape longer.
Being free of bras improves the circulation of your breasts and that has several benefits including healthier skin around that area also making your boobs firmer.
It is also proven that the nipples of women who do not wear bras are higher and tend to be firmer.
By not wearing bras you are more aware of your bust. This can help you in preventing malignant tissues, tumors, or cysts.
Failure to wear tight bras also improves your breathing.
Obviously, these benefits do not apply to all women. There are special cases that do require reinforcement and protection for the breasts. Nor do I think that the bras are bad and that nobody should use them, or anything like that. I have simply discovered that not using them works splendidly for me and does not affect my life negatively in any respect. On the contrary, it has affected me positively.
